
Vendor Application Period: March 3 - March 24, 2025
For our annual Blueberry Fest, we'll be inviting vendors on Saturday, July 26, and Sunday, July 27.
Blueberry Fest revolves around everything blueberry-themed; Blue Barn’s Blueberry Jam hard cider, blueberry cocktails, fresh baked goods, kitchen specials with blueberries, and blueberry picking!
The Vendor Application period is open from March 3rd through March 24th. Please read the application details below before completing the application. The application MUST be submitted with 3 to 5 pictures of products that you plan to display at your booth. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Vendors will be selected for one of the days.

It is encouraged that vendors incorporate the blueberry theme and/or color blue into their products and/or packaging but it’s not mandatory.
Application Details:

Deadline to submit: March 24th (All vendors are required to have a valid NYS Tax ID/ Certificate of Authority.)

Applicants will be notified with more information on March 31st

Accepted vendors will be required to submit: $75 booth fee, commitment letter, proof of NYS Tax ID,

and Certificate of Authority by April 7th.

Vendors who do not submit the booth fee and required paperwork by the deadline (April 7th) will forfeit their spot to the next vendor on the wait list.

No refunds will be given to any applicants after booth fee and required paperwork are submitted.
