Do you sell gift cards?
We sure do! You can purchase a gift card in the Shop or at the Bar any time during our business hours. There is a $3 fee for cards purchased over the phone needing to be mailed. You can also buy an e-gift card (click here). Gift Cards can be used for bar, food, and merchandise purchases.

Do you take reservations?
We only accept reservations for Sunday brunch during 'Brunch Season' (Thanksgiving - Mother’s Day). Otherwise, it’s open seating.

Can I come with a large group of people?
Of course, but if you do plan to visit the Cidery with a large group we would appreciate a heads-up so we can be sure to have adequate staff to serve you! You can do so by calling the Cidery during business hours or by filling out our Contact Form.

Do you have a smaller private room?
Nope, but end of May through end of September, you can rent our Private Party Tent. Click here for more information.

Are you dog-friendly?
Due to the New York State Health Code, we can not allow dogs inside the Tasting Room. However, we would love to see you and your pet on our open year-round patio and lawn. Please view our Pet Policy below.

Do you have outdoor seating?
Yes, we do! And not only that, we have outdoor seating with a view!

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay/digital wallets. Please be courteous to your bartenders and tip in cash when possible.

Can I walk around the Farm with my drink?
Although that sounds wonderful, no you may not leave the fenced-in outdoor area.

Can I pick my own fruit at the Farm?
You can pick your own, and we encourage you to do so! The Farm is open for pick-your-own July through October for things like blueberries, raspberries, apples, pumpkins, and more. Visit www.westwindupick.com for more information about the Farm and picking.

Can I bring my infant/child under 21 to the Tasting Room?
Yes, we are a family-friendly establishment. Children must be under adult supervision at all times. Children disrupting other Tasting Room guests will be asked to leave WITH their parents.

Do you fill growlers/grumblers from other places?
Of course! We believe in recycle-reduce-reuse, so please feel free to bring in your growler/grumblers from elsewhere and fill’er up! Growlers/grumblers are recyclable, and cannot be returned for money back.

Can we consume growlers/grumblers on-site?
No, they are to-go only.

Can I bring my own food?
We’re sure you make great food, but outside food is not permitted in the Tasting Room.

Is the Tasting Room wheelchair accessible?
Absolutely. There are no steps or stairs to enter, and handicap-accessible restrooms are available.

Do you have gluten-free options on your menu?
Yes, every effort is made to provide gluten-free products, however, we are not a 100% gluten-free restaurant and therefore cannot ensure cross-contamination will not occur. Udis (gluten-free bread or bun) are available by request.

Are any of your hard ciders gluten-free?
​Unless otherwise specified, all of the hard ciders on our menu are gluten-free.
PET POLICY
Please review our Pet Policy before visiting the Cidery with your pet!

Well-behaved pets are welcome to our outdoor seating area! All pets must be friendly, up-to-date on vaccines, and spayed or neutered. Pets may not enter the Cidery; only Service Animals may enter the Cidery.

When you arrive at the Cidery with your pet, please walk down the sidewalk on the left side of the Cidery. Outdoor seating is open year-round. You can sit at any of our tables on the lawn or the patio.

Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Pets must be up to date on shots. Pets are not permitted on tables or chairs for any reason.

Please bring the necessary items needed to clean up after your pet. Failure to do so will result in an escort from the premises.

An outdoor water spigot and water bowl are available on hot days. If you can't find it - please ask! (Please note: we can not always accommodate a shade request for outdoor seating. We ask that you keep this in mind when deciding whether or not to bring your pet).

The Cidery gets very busy on the weekends. If your pet does not do well in large crowds or around other pets, please reconsider bringing them with you, or visit us on a weekday.
BIRTHDAYS/GROUP GATHERINGS
If you do plan to visit the Cidery with a large group we would appreciate a heads up so we can be sure to have adequate staff to serve you! You can do so by calling the Cidery at (585) 366-7358 during business hours or by filling out our Contact Form!
We would love to have you celebrate with us, however, we only accept reservations for Sunday Brunch during “Brunch Season" (Thanksgiving through Mother’s Day). If you're determined to celebrate with us please arrive a little early and grab a few tables for your group (be courteous of others - use high-top tables if no one is handicapped/needing accommodations).

Balloons are allowed so long as they are weighted. Decor is not allowed if it needs to be tied/attached/taped to anything. You are welcome to bring in dessert from a licensed Bakery. Don't forget plates and utensils!
BUS/LIMO POLICY
We appreciate your interest in visiting The Tasting Room at Blue Barn Cidery with your bus/limo group. We are committed to ensuring all of our guests have a memorable and safe experience during their visit to the Tasting Room. In order to best accommodate all guests, we have some guidelines for groups visiting via bus or limousine service. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following information:

Tour buses/limos must register with Blue Barn Cidery at least 24 hours before arrival.

Registration of your group/bus/limo is NOT a reservation. Registration does not guarantee reserved seating. We will do our best to accommodate your group, however, seating is first come, first served.

If you plan to visit multiple Breweries/Wineries/Cideries/Bars on the day of your visit, we recommend that the Tasting Room at Blue Barn Cidery be an early stop on your itinerary. Visibly intoxicated guests will not be admitted into the Tasting Room, regardless of group registration.

Everyone wishing to purchase alcohol must be at least 21 years old and have a valid form of photo identification. Individuals with an out-of-state Driver's License should be prepared to show at least 1 other form of identification.

No outside food or beverages of any kind are allowed. This includes packaged food and coolers.

Please act respectfully when you arrive at our Tasting Room. Anyone creating a nuisance or disrupting other guests in the Tasting Room may be asked to leave.

Visibly intoxicated guests will be denied service of alcohol. If a separate individual provides alcohol to the intoxicated individual, the entire group may be asked to leave.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and assistance in keeping the Tasting Room at Blue Barn Cidery a fun and safe place to enjoy with friends and family.
PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
Instead of a site fee, we "charge" a $25 donation to the ALS Association. This can be made in the form of a check payable to the ALS Association or cash brought with you to place in our ALS donation bucket. Alternatively, you can also donate online and bring a receipt along with you (click here for the link). We do ask you to fill out ours or the farm’s contact form to let us know. It must be during business hours if you would like to photograph at the farm.
