Folklore is another collaboration cider that we created with our friends at Star Cidery in Canandaigua. This delicious Riesling-like cider was created by blending heirloom apples together from our orchards in Hilton, NY. If you remember from the last cider release (Stay Golden), heirloom apples are great for cider production!

Folklore is a tart yet juicy semi-dry cider with 7% ABV and 1.5% residual sugar. When you taste Folklore you will be sure to note flavors of Green apples, peaches, and pears.
